Jordon Dizon, a Waimea High graduate from Kaua'i who was a star linebacker at the University of Colorado, was arrested on April 20 and cited for driving under the influence, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and failure to provide proof of insurance, the Boulder (Colo.) Camera reported.
