An Austin attorney was held in contempt of court for making a lewd gesture at a judge. Court documents show that Adam Peposa was in court Tuesday, March 11th for a review of a plea bargain in a clients' DWI case. When the state made an objection, Judge Jan Breland says Reposa looked at her and made a lewd masturbatory gesture with his hand.
