An Ormond Beach woman stumbled out of her car and fell face first into a brick structure at a gas station, according to a report. That caught the attention of a Florida Highway Patrol trooper, who was filling up at the station at 11:58 a.m. Saturday. Once paramedics made sure Mildred Gavin Williams, 44, was not seriously hurt, the trooper charged her with DUI.
